Gong Bath – Saturday 21st June 2025
As we approach the eve of the Summer Solstice, we can relax and integrate the energy of Midsummer through a Gong Bath, allowing the sound and vibration to take us where we need to go in this hour long session.
Arrive from 6.30pm for 7pm start. Allow time at the end to ground, have a cup of tea, maybe enjoy a conversation round the kitchen table, or sit quietly, whatever feels right for you.
