Directions to The Lodge from M5
Coming from the North or South on the M5, take exit 28 (Honiton/Cullompton) and drive towards Honiton.
After about 4 miles you will pass the Keeper's Cottage pub on your right and just after this, take the turn to the left, marked Sheldon 4 miles.
Continue along and then uphill through some woods. Pass Forest Glade campsite on your left and shortly after, come to a T junction. Turn right and then almost immediately left. A sign will say you are entering Sheldon - but wait for it! #
Stay on this road. You will pass a white farmhouse (Westcott). Shortly after this, the road bears round to the right. Be careful here that you do not go straight on but continue to follow the signpost pointing towards Sheldon.
As you enter the village, you will pass a line of Houses on your left, the Church and the Village Hall. The road bears round to the left. There is a cottage on the right of this bend and this is The Lodge. You can park in the drive or on the road (avoiding the corner).
Directions to The Lodge from Honiton/A30.
From the A30, take the road to Dunkeswell. Travel up hill until almost at the top where you will see a sign to Dunkeswell. Turn left here. Pass Wolford Chapel on your left and shortly after there will be a large sign to the left to Sheldon.
Pass several farms along this straight road, then take first road to the right, to Sheldon. Round a large field with lovely views. Down a dip and up over the other side. Ignore the first lane to your right but take the next right turn to Sheldon and you will see the sign saying you are entering Sheldon.

Directions from Dunkeswell/Hemyock road
Coming from Hemyock direction, just before Dunkeswell airfield, there is a lane to the right. Currently it has lost its signpost but it is in between two large farm barns. Down this steep lane and up over the other side until you come to a T junction. Turn left and immediately pass a disused old chapel building on your left. Eastcott is the next house on your left hand side( opposite Sheldon Court.) It is a largish cream house. The Lodge is the next house up the road on the left. Park in the drive or on the raod (avoiding the corner).
